High-performance biomass plastic raw material VS-60-2
This is a bioplastic raw material for injection molding. It contains over 80% biomass and has a biodegradability of 70%. It also offers excellent cost performance.
This is a compound pellet material primarily made from starch, suitable for use mainly in injection molding. It has a biomass content of over 80%, contributing to carbon neutrality and reducing CO2 emissions. It is also possible to obtain a biomass mark (procedures are required for labeling). Additionally, after use, it is composed of approximately 70% biodegradable materials. The composition is primarily based on starch and does not contain polylactic acid, allowing for stable pricing and delivery even when the market price of polylactic acid rises. Expected applications include: Toothbrushes, apparel accessories (such as buttons), small speaker housings, and sheets for vacuum forming (for food trays). Sample requests: We are currently providing samples starting from 25 kg for test molding. We also offer physical property information and reference data for test molding. For companies considering some form of environmental protection measures but struggling to take concrete steps, we recommend starting with test molding using existing molds. This allows for testing with small samples, minimizing costs while enabling specific actions to be taken.
